Creō Kids is seeking a caring, creative, and responsible Childcare Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, fostering creativity, and creating a safe, engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and thrive.
Our Childcare Supervisors help create a welcoming program for children ages 5–12, leading activities, supporting positive behaviour, building relationships with families, and ensuring children feel safe, included, and excited to attend each day.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours available for Pro-D Days, Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Camps, workshops, and special events
All statutory holidays off
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a schedule that fits around school, family, or another job. As Creō continues to grow, there are opportunities to expand your hours, take on additional responsibilities, and grow into leadership or management roles within the company.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of children ages 5–12.
Leading and participating in art projects, creative activities, games, and outdoor play.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Supporting daily routines, attendance procedures, and program organization.
Communicating professionally and positively with families.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming program space.
Following childcare licensing requirements, policies, and procedures.
Working collaboratively with the Creō team to provide high-quality programming.
Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 19 years old.
Must hold or be willing to obtain:
Responsible Adult Certification
Emergency Childcare First Aid & CPR Certification
Criminal Record Check for working with vulnerable persons
Previous experience working with children in childcare, recreation, education, camps, or a similar setting is an asset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
Ability to confidently lead activities and support a group of children.
Minimum of 3 character references and previous work experience references required.
For the right individual, Creō is happy to support you by covering the cost of obtaining required certifications.
Compensation:
$21–$28 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and availability, with room for growth.

Creō Art Studio is looking for outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic Art Party Leaders to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves art, enjoys working with children, and has a natural ability to create fun, positive, and memorable experiences.
Our Art Party Leaders are responsible for guiding children through creative art activities, engaging guests, keeping the party flowing smoothly, and helping families celebrate special moments at Creō.

Preparing art materials before parties and helping with cleanup afterward.

Requirements:
Minimum 16 years of age (or as required by role responsibilities).
Comfortable working with groups of children.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Confident speaking in front of groups.
Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Previous experience working with children, teaching, performing, coaching, camps, or customer service is an asset.
Artistic experience or a passion for creativity is an asset.

Our Art Instructors lead creative classes, workshops, and special events for children, teens, and adults. We are open to collaborating with artists who have their own ideas, specialties, and teaching styles. Whether you have a specific class concept, artistic technique, or creative workshop you would love to share, we are excited to work together and help bring your ideas to life.
The ideal candidate can make art approachable, guide students through the creative process, and create an environment where everyone feels confident, inspired, and excited to create.

Previous teaching, coaching, workshop, or group facilitation experience is an asset.
Formal art education, professional artistic experience, or teaching experience is an asset but not required.
